Audio Equipment
IDJ Sounds has made every effort to provide
the latest technology in sound entertainment. All components
were carefully selected to properly integrate with each other
and are installed in a custom case for ease of transportation
and setup. The result is an extremely clear and accurate sound
that is designed to properly handle small and large events.

Top rack mounted equipment consists of the following:
1. Apple Mac Book Pro 2.6 ghz with 512 video
ram and 4 gig memory.
2. Rane
TTM-57SL : This is the ultimate DJ mixer on the market.
It has Serato's DJ software inbedded inside the mixer which
bridges the CD turntable players to a computer. You can scratch
and mix files located on your notebook computer.
3. DENON
DN-S3500 : World’s first spinning active platter
design to the next technical level. Introducing the industry’s
new flagship DN-S3500 tabletop CD/MP3 player with a powerful
12-pole Direct Drive motor, and 7 on-board effects.

Bottom rack mounted equipment consists of the
following:
1. Audio
Technica ATW-R14 : TwoUHF wireless mics to provide a clear
sounding system without pops or feedback. One system is used
for lapel mics and the other is a hand held microphone.
2. Drive
Rack PA : This component looks small but it actually combines
7components into one. It provides a stereo compressor, feedback
eliminator, 120A Sub-harmonic Synthesizer, parametric EQ, Peak
Plus limiters, crossover, and a alignment delay. It also has
the capability of automatically equalizing the room. The result
is a tighter sounding room with more low end definition and
more intelligible mids and highs.
1. Furman
PL-Plus : Power conditioner utility strip with 2 lights
for easy viewing of other components.

All speakers have built in amplifiers and can be subtracted for smaller
events or added for larger events. Combined speaker output shall be
4 Mackie SA 1521's, 4 Mackie SWA1801 subs, 2 Mackie SRS1500 subs,
and 2 Mackie SRM450's totaling 7,600 Watts (RMS).

The
Mackie
SA1521 is an active 2-way sound reinforcement speaker system
designed for extreme accuracy, high output, and smooth dispersion
across the entire audio frequency range. It integrates 500 watts
of amplifier power, active control electronics, and precision
components into a speaker system with 100 dB sensitivity (1
watt @ 1 meter). The resulting high resolution and clarity in
the critical low-mid and mid-range frequencies are unparalleled
for a 15" loaded, 2-way speaker system.
The Drive
Rack PA will separate the sound frequencies so that 20,000
to 120 Hz are delivered to the Mackie
SA1521 and 120 to 20 Hz are delivered to the Mackie
SRS1500.or Mackie
SWA1801. This allows the amplifiers to run more efficiently
and drives the speaker at its optimum frequency range.
If you think it takes a big enclosure to generate
lots of bass, think again. There has never been an SR subwoofer
like the SRS1500
before. While under two feet high, it can put out more bass
than sofa-sized 18-inch passive subwoofers. It integrates 600
watts (RMS) of amplifier power, for floor-shaking, chest- thumping,
hair-parting bass, flat all the way down to 40Hz.
Not shown are 4 Mackie
SWA1801 subs which can generate a total of 3,600 watts.
These subs have a punchy feel that can be felt thru your body.

The Mackie
SRM450 is a full range, portable, active loudspeaker system
providing high output, wide dispersion, and low distortion performance
in a compact, composite molded enclosure. Two amplifiers, totaling
400 watts (RMS), independently power a high precision 12-inch
professional woofer and 1.75-inch diaphragm titanium compression
driver with a 1-inch exit throat. A sophisticated electronic
control system provides phase correction, crossover, and five
modes of thermal and active system protection.
